Agreed about the paper instructions. They were terrible. This video was a good step by step. Someone should transcribe this into a written version for the paper instructions. I'm pretty sure that if I followed the paper instructions, it would've been messed up.

how do the brackets allow for more or less depth? my instructions don't tell me

the paper instructions are terrible and do not include install instructions for frameless cabinets. This video gives more context but I am still stuck. I have a frameless cabinet, the width is 22.5. Do I need to build out the sides and get to 21 inches, and attach the slides to that? I don't understand why the website says the minimum width needs to be 21 inches. That leads me to believe that something should be adjustable somewhere? any help is appreciated!

Installation instructions would be great because the written instructions that come with the unit are ridiculously bad and, of course, look nothing like the unit purchased.

How do you get the door centered horizontally? There were no measurements taken for that.

Why do you no longer sell the soft close ones? On amazon and your website the softclose is not listed anywhere. You sell a different system and it eats fingers... Am i missing something?

I recently purchased two rev a shelf products this two tier shelf system and the tilt out. We installed the tilt out and had major issues because the screw size was much much larger than 3/32 bit, maybe 3x the size of the 3/32 bit and so the screws wouldn’t go through the solid wood. Have the sizes changed? We installed it with the same drill, new bit as the last house and it didn’t have this issue. I have solid wood cabinetry, no mdf. Would that make a difference?

Is there an alternative soft close hardware option for this model?

My Rev-A-Shelf purchases at Lowe’s “sticks” really bad when trying to open and close. Has since install. I can’t figure out why…..

Here is how we do the rear slide to cabinet back wall attachments: - After installing the 1x side screw and 4x bottom screws, install both top and bottom baskets onto the shelf assembly. - In order to locate the 2x back wall brackets correctly, use a marker pen to mark the cabinet back wall for the fastener attaching locations using the back wall bracket holes as guide. - Remove the top basket. - Align back wall bracket holes with the marked holes on the cabinet back wall. Drill pilot holes and install screws attaching back wall bracket to cabinet back wall. Please note if you do not do that, the top rail overhang at the back are too flexible. It is impossible to find a correct location to attach to the cabinet back wall.

I have to be honest. I'm opposed. Even if I had the space for one, all I can see are new places to spill things and have to clean up when using the mixer. Now, instead of just the countertop, I can see flour and other ingredients spilling or flinging onto the floor as well as into the cabinet which you can't close if you use this. Also, my mixer always end up with things that need to be cleaned up underneath it. With a lift you can't just slide the mixer over and clean, you would have to completely remove it and replace it.

Issue 1 - having a cabinet that was too long. Not Rev's fault. I had to break out the jigsaw to cut a few pieces to fit, and still had to add a shim to each side. I2 - paper instructions. Outline for attaching the door is a dumpster fire. Video was better, but more insight regarding methodology for excactly where to attach the brackets would have been helpful. I measured and winged it. Thank God it worked.

my cabinet opening was exactly 15" wide, and I'm getting rubbing on the insides of the metal plates. The outer plate is rubbing against the inner plate as I slide the cabinet out, creating friction. What can I do to mitigate?
